This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Hayatioğlu Bilişim A.Ş., in its capacity as data controller, under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). The principles governing the processing of your personal data are explained below.

1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data We Process

In the course of our services, we may process your name and surname, email address, phone number, company details, the content of messages you send via our contact forms, and technical data relating to your use of the site (IP address, cookie records).

  • Responding to your enquiries and managing customer relationships,
  • Fulfilling our contractual and legal obligations,
  • Measuring and improving service quality.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of establishing or performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation and our legitimate interests, within the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

5. Transfer of Data

Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public authorities and to the suppliers we work with (hosting, email, payment infrastructure, etc.) only to the extent required for the purposes above and in accordance with applicable law.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and the other rights listed in the law. You can send your requests to bilgi@hayatioglu.com.
