About the project

FabrikaNET is an end-to-end manufacturing management system that lets factories run their entire production process — from raw material intake to shipping — from a single screen. We digitised every step on the shop floor, from the machine park and work orders to inventory, quality, maintenance and costing, and brought MES and ERP together under one roof.

By processing machine data from the production line in real time, we bring OEE, downtime, scrap and quality rates to the management screen instantly, and compare planned versus actual output on the same chart to keep a live pulse on the line. Shop-floor staff log production, scan barcodes and close work orders on the spot using handheld terminals and the mobile app.

With Laravel Octane, Redis and a queue infrastructure, we built a scalable, multi-plant, multi-warehouse architecture with role-based permissions that processes thousands of production records per second without delay. More than twenty modules work as a single, interconnected system, and each factory can switch modules on or off to match its own processes.
