About the project

Güzergâh is an end-to-end fleet management and vehicle tracking platform we built for logistics companies, distribution networks, shuttle operators, municipalities and any organisation with field teams. It brings data from GPS devices, in-vehicle CAN-bus and the driver app together on a single live map.

The operations team monitors hundreds of vehicles on the map in real time and gets alerts within seconds for events such as speeding, route deviations, unauthorised stops and after-hours use. Route optimisation plans deliveries along the shortest and most economical path; drivers see their tasks in the mobile app and close deliveries with a photo and signature.

Fuel consumption, maintenance intervals, inspection and insurance dates, tyres and toll expenses are tracked automatically, with reminders before every upcoming obligation. The driver scorecard rates harsh braking, sudden acceleration and idling time — cutting fuel costs and making fleet safety measurable.
