Vardiya+

About the project

Vardiya+ is an end-to-end time attendance (PDKS) and HR platform we built for multi-location businesses with shift workers — from construction sites and factories to retail chains and healthcare providers. It completely replaced paper sign-in sheets, card reader chaos and manually prepared timesheets.

Employees clock in and out within seconds by scanning the workplace QR code with the mobile app or looking at a face recognition terminal; geofence verification means they can only do so inside the defined area. For field teams we added live location tracking, offline logging and fake GPS blocking.

Collected data is matched against the shift plan instantly: late arrivals, early departures, overtime and absences are calculated automatically. Leave and advance requests are opened from the mobile app and resolved through a multi-step approval flow; at month end, timesheets are prepared in one click and exported to payroll. HR teams' month-end work that used to take days now takes minutes.
